Personal Injury Motor Claims Handler
Location: North Newcastle (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + Benefits + Annual Bonus

The Role:
Youll be handling Personal Injury claims within the OIC and MOJ Portal, managing a varied caseload of both low-value and more complex claims.
Youll manage your own caseload from start to finish, covering a range of claims from low-value whiplash through to more complex cases such as fractures and psychological injuries. Its a true cradle-to-grave role, giving you full ownership across liability, quantum, negotiation and settlement.
Youll be dealing directly with customers and third parties throughout the process, so being confident, organised, and empathetic in your approach is key.
About You:
Youll have experience handling Personal Injury claims and be comfortable managing your own caseload. Youll be a strong communicator, well organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
