What are we looking for?
We seek a skilled Implementation Consultant/Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding and Implementation Consultant, you will work with clients to optimize their operations using our platform, improve profitability, and support business growth.
You will understand clients' current practices, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to drive change and achieve results.
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze clients' business practices and operations, including financials, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance practices and increase efficiency.
* Customize and deliver training programs tailored to client needs.
* Provide feedback and coaching during and after training sessions.
* Advise clients on operational and financial best practices.
* Support clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
* Monitor and evaluate strategy success and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
* Over 3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in business assessments, strategy development, and change management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects.
