We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded care provider seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to oversee a beautiful residential home in the Chester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to make a real impact on the lives of residents and staff alike — ensuring the very highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Promote a caring, supportive, and person-centred environment for all residents.
* Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
* Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
About You
* Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential or elderly care setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming home environment.
