At Nationwide, the Customer Representative role is central to supporting our members with a range of services across all branches. You will handle transactions at the till, manage inbound calls, and support product applications through digital sales.
This is an important role within the branch, acting as the gateway to protecting and looking after our members. Some branches in this area are closed to the public on certain days, and you will be helping members on the phone.
Locations: Enfield, Greater London. Part‑time applicants will receive a pro‑rata salary. You must be within a 45‑minute commute of the branch you apply to. If the location is outside this window, please check other vacancies closer to you.
Your training will be delivered virtually on‑site. The training pathway is designed to ensure you are successful in your role, with the first three weeks being crucial. During this period, no holiday may be taken.
Responsibilities
* Handle transactions at the till and support customer queries across all channels (in‑store, phone, online).
* Educate customers on digital services and help them bank in more convenient ways.
* Provide first‑class service in person, via phone, and online.
* Stay updated with the latest products and services to answer customer queries effectively.
