WHO IS OUR CLIENT?TML Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with one of our longest standing clients, afast growing, UK wide, multi-disciplinary property practice that are searching for acommercial Valuation Partner to aid the growth of their Thames Valley valuationdepartment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?As the lead valuer in this region, you will report directly into the National head. You will beresponsible for a variety of commercial valuations across the South East focussingpredominantly on the M4 Corridor up towards Oxford. You will cover a variety of assetclasses, but typically offices, retail and industrial buildings/units working with banks,private and corporate clients, and professional contacts. Around 80% of your work will becommercial with the remaining 20% being residential development focussed. Your mainmandate will be to aid the growth of the business unit through fee earning, businessdevelopment. There will be an element of leadership but only by mentoring, this role will suitsomeone who wants to focus on fee earning. This team has around 3 fee earners in it andyou will be the most senior.
