Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished User Experience (UX) Designer to help us embed user-centred design at the core of our work, ensuring our digital and omnichannel services meet the needs of members and colleagues. Main Responsibilities
* Embed and grow our UX design capability, setting standards, processes, and culture
* Design end-to-end omnichannel and digital experiences that meet user needs
* Collaborate internally and externally to ideate, prototype, test, and improve services
* Support UX research through our member panel
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify user needs and solutions
* Create visualisations to communicate current and future services
* Ensure brand-aligned UI consistency across digital platforms
* Work with technical and project teams to optimise technology and processes
* Use data and research to inform UX solutions for business challenges
* Advocate for user-centred design and Design Thinking at senior levels
The Ideal Candidate
You will thrive if you:
* Have extensive experience designing complex omnichannel services or products
* Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating research-led, user-centred design
* Can demonstrate the value of UX/UI design
* Are capable of establishing tools, workflows, and frameworks from scratch
* Are a clear communicator who can engage stakeholders effectively
* Have familiarity with contact centre operations and working with operational teams
* Have experience working in a regulated environment
* Have mentored and developed less experienced colleagues
