Responsibilities
* Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
* Cover reception holiday shifts
* Assist guests with special requests and preferences to enhance their stay.
* Maintain an organised record of reservations and cancellations.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
* Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests.
Skills
* Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure professional communication at all times.
* Previous hotel experience is advantageous, particularly in a reservation or guest services role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
