A leading manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician III for their 1st shift team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong skills in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical maintenance, looking to contribute in a stable, high-performing environment.
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Compensation:
* Hourly Rate: $41.41 – $44.20 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
* Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hire
* Shift Differential: $3.25/hour

Key Responsibilities
* Design and test minor electrical circuits; troubleshoot PLC and electronic control systems
* Install and repair electrical and electronic equipment using schematics and blueprints
* Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
* Perform basic mechanical maintenance
* Replace defective electrical or mechanical components
* Complete installations and perform system adjustments for safe equipment operation
* Work from blueprints, verbal instructions, or sketches
* Support lower-level technicians and direct their work when needed
* Log maintenance activities and part usage in CMMS
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* Associate degree in a technical field
* 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Proficient in using CMMS and computer systems for parts lookup and reporting
* Hands-on experience with PLC circuits, power distribution, and mechanical systems
* Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics
* Familiarity with water and electrical distribution systems
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift at least 50 lbs
* Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
