This will be a package of work specifically related to Operator process development including methods planning and work instruction creation. You will need to have experience in the use of and navigation through Solumina – A specific Manufacturing Execution System utilised by this company. Duties - Process Development Engineer Help write and manage work instructions that the shop floor machinists use. Methods planning and work instruction creation. Input instructions into Solumina (Manufacturing Execution System). Supporting wider Manufacturing Support team where necessary. Data extrapolation and complex process breakdown. Background - Process Development Engineer Mechanical/Precision Engineering qualifications Competent in the use of Solumina (Manufacturing Execution System) Exposure and use of SAP (ERP System) Understanding of Machine shop fundamentals including CNC.
