What the job involves As a social worker in our Children's Services, you will work in partnership with children and their families to address social, emotional, and environmental needs while ensuring that the wishes of the children and families are considered. You will assess the risks and needs of vulnerable children, co-ordinate services to improve their quality of life, and ensure resource optimization. You will develop and review multi-agency plans, participate in court proceedings if necessary, maintain accurate records, and engage in ongoing professional development. Collaboration with internal and external agencies is a key aspect, enhancing the quality and delivery of our services.
