Abbotts Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Norwich.
OTE £40,000

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage service process, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships
Skills and experience required:
* CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
