Our Apprentice Career Excellence scheme is in partnership with the highly regarded Belfast Metropolitan College. Successful candidates will join Fieldfisher in their chosen department, whilst completing a Level 2 or Level 3 course which is specific to the team you will work in.

We usually recruit from February to May of each year, with Apprentices joining in September. In the past, we have offered apprenticeships in Finance, IT, HR, Marketing and Legal Support Services.
When applications go live in February 2026, you will receive an email inviting you to a video interview, along with confirmation of which apprenticeship roles you can formally apply to.

Candidates should have:
7. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, IT and Maths grades 9-6 (A-C)
