Role: Female Assistant Service Manager
Hours: 37
Salary: £27,224pa, sleep-in shifts at £60 per night, and travel expenses paid at 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
Working alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and caring service for the people we support and our colleagues. You’ll be active in the day-to-day operation, supporting duties as per the needs of the people we support. Shifts may include sleep-ins. In the absence of the Service Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily running of the service, providing leadership, monitoring performance, conducting one-to-ones, appraisals, and team meetings.
You’ll build positive relationships with stakeholders and embody our vision and values to deliver a first-class service. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence for the people we support, organizing and modeling support in an innovative, person-centered, and flexible way to makeeveryday remarkable.
Who we're looking for:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience supporting people with learning difficulties in social care
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards)
* A strong caring nature to support others in living enriched lives and fulfilling potential
* Knowledge of the Care Council for Wales Code of Practice
* Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as needed
* A driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings and training
