1. £13.05 per hour
2. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
3. 37 hours per week
4. McAllister House, Omagh
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
7. Providing customer service on the phone, via email, and in person when required.
8. Taking triages, and registering new housing and homeless cases.
9. Assisting Housing Advisors with administrative duties including filing.
10. Taking minutes at weekly team meetings.
11. May be required to provide counter cover when needed.
Criteria:
12. 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
13. 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
14. Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
15. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
16. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
