CASS Analyst - Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

A bit about the job
You will be working as part of a team of about 30 in CASS & Middle Office. The role will require you to maintain and monitor processes to support the oversight of daily cash and asset flows relating to client money and custody assets while analysing and overseeing all investment operations processes.
Reporting to the CASS manager, you will be responsible for ensuring reconciliations, funding decisions and oversight tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
You will oversee operational processes carried out by internal and outsource suppliers of these platforms to ensure Aviva remains fully compliant with CASS rulebooks, as well as TCF principles, and provide customers with peace of mind so that they can rely on Aviva to administer their investments correctly and with care and integrity.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and monitor processes to support oversight of daily cash and asset flows relating to client money and custody assets.
* Analyse and oversee all investment operations processes.
* Ensure reconciliations, funding decisions and oversight tasks are completed accurately and timely.
* Oversee operational processes carried out by internal and outsource suppliers of relevant platforms to ensure ongoing CASS compliance and adherence to TCF principles.
Skills and experience
* Skilled in working with large volumes of data; Excel knowledge is a must.
* Exposure within Financial Services; investment platforms knowledge, investments administration experience, reconciliation or accounting background is advantageous.
* Analytical mindset; ability to question and investigate.
* Organised with high attention to detail.
* Understanding of risk and controls to mitigate risk.

* Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
