As our Sales Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. But this role is about more than filling diaries - it's about helping businesses run safer, cleaner, more compliant operations by connecting them with services that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support environmental responsibility.
* Generate quality appointments by calling warm leads and securing meetings for our Business Development and Account Managers.
* Influence and convert by clearly communicating our value, handling objections confidently, and following up to build trust and keep customers clear on next steps.
* Stay organised and effective by using CRM and strong product/market knowledge to qualify leads, tailor conversations, and build a healthy pipeline that converts.
