Job Description Lettings Negotiator - Bristol - up to £30k (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) We are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client based in Bristol. A leading, independent agent who have been established for many years, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with at least 12 months experience where your main responsibilities will include: Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants Booking and attending viewings Carrying out regular Landlord updates Negotiating offers Processing applications Dealing with customer enquiries Key Skills required: Lettings or Sales Experience Possess excellent customer service skills Results driven Team player Full, clean driving licence and car Excellent communication skills Natural sales ability Self-motivated and organised Desire to succeed Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
