A highly successful Marketing Agency based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Digital Senior Account Manager to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant role for someone who loves working collaboratively with clients on their digital marketing strategy, getting under the skin of their brand and providing a solution based on their requirements and objectives.
Managing a small team, you'll work closely with internal departments and department heads, to ensure seamless delivery, monitoring of campaigns and getting involved in some implementation where necessary (SEO and CRM).
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager or Digital Marketing Manager (or Digital Strategist) with strong experience with B2B ideally, who is used to building multi-channel campaigns for your clients.
You will be:
* The main POC for all things digital within the agency
* Developing multi-channel digital strategies for your clients, working with them closely to understand their objectives
* Ensuring channels are knitted together to work effectively and produce results for your clients
* Line management of reports, with future hires in the pipeline as this department grows
* Developing strong relationships with channel specialists and your clients
You will have:
* Experience working either within or alongside digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM (Hubspot advantageous)
* Have proven experience of developing multi-channel strategies from an Agency
* Strong communication skills and relationship building abilities
* Ability to analyse reports, using Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance
* Experience with project management and able to ensure client campaigns are delivered effectively
