1:1 SEMH Support Worker – Primary School
Location: Sunderland
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
We’re seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEMH Support Worker to support an individual pupil throughout the school day.
This role is centred around trust, patience and consistency, helping the pupil access learning and feel secure in school.
Your role will involve:
• Providing 1:1 emotional and learning support
• Helping manage behaviour calmly
• Supporting routines and transitions
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Working closely with SEN staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
