Overview:
* A nationally recognised law firm with a strong reputation within the employment sector is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to the team.
* As an Employment Solicitor with at least 12 months' PQE, you will handle a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, representing employers in the private and public sectors.
* You will be joining a highly established team boasting lawyers with a strong reputation for employment services in the local market and beyond.
* As the appointed Solicitor, you will be well placed to build and develop relationships, as well as support business development and networking activities.
* You will join a collaborative team seeking an Employment Solicitor with broad experience advising on employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures, redundancy, diversity and inclusion, drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, COT3s, and providing employment support in corporate transactions.
* Ideally, you will possess the ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters and have experience of tribunal advocacy or an interest in developing this skill.
