We're working on behalf of a leading automotive group to find a high-performing Transaction Manager to join a top-tier showroom outside the UK mainland. What You'll Do:
Drive finance and insurance performance across the sales team
Support Sales Executives with structuring and closing deals
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage
Motivate and mentor sales staff to maximise every opportunity
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in a Transaction Manager or Business Manager role in the automotive retail sector
Strong F&I knowledge and a passion for achieving KPIs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional, proactive and confident approach
Ability and willingness to relocate for a long-term career move
