We work with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people as part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service. Successful candidates will work within the adult community team, alongside outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice, and residential rehabilitation services.

Working with With You involves a busy, sometimes challenging but always rewarding environment. We collaborate to provide the best support and treatment, and we invite you to be part of this impactful work.

About the role

As a Recovery Worker, you will support clients in identifying their goals, creating tailored treatment plans, and guiding them on their recovery journey. This frontline role involves care continuity through partnership working, care coordination, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, engage with clients promptly, and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

What we’re looking for

We seek compassionate, motivated individuals capable of building meaningful relationships. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, especially with substance misuse issues, is preferred. You should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively as part of a team. A positive, engaging approach and passion for our mission are essential.

A full job description and person specification are available upon request via email at [emailprotected].

This role requires working one Saturday per month, 9am-5pm, with hours to be compensated during the week.
