Business Development Manager (BDM) - Remote
Base pay range: £35,875 per annum (salary) with car allowance £5,200 or £6,200 and uncapped earnings.
About the Role
As a key player on our Field Sales team, you will drive business growth across the UK by prospecting new business, tailoring digital marketing solutions, closing deals, managing client relationships, and analysing data to maximise ROI.
Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect and hunt for new business through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads.
* Consult with prospects via face‑to‑face or virtual meetings to understand needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless experience and account management for up to 12 months post‑sale.
* Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
