Project Manager Aberdeen, Scotland 12 months + Key Responsibilities:
Client Interface & Project Coordination: Act as the focal point between Resources, Product Service Lines (PSLs), and third-party contractors.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, including logistics, equipment mobilization/demobilization, and well program reviews.
Financial & Contractual Management: Accountable for project profitability, budget control, and managing contract terms and conditions.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and service quality standards, including documenting incidents promptly.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to inter-PSL dependencies, performance-based contracts, and operational hazards.
Reporting: Deliver regular, high-level, and technical, reports to internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1015 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas industry, with proven expertise in planning and providing technical support.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is often required.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific PSL service lines, such as Pipeline & Process Services (PPS) or Well Completions, and familiarity with operational practices.
