Our client is a financially backed, high-growth firm in the PropTech space with an established presence in the US and an exciting expansion now underway in the UK. They are a fast-scaling SaaS business delivering leading property management solutions to the real estate sector, and they’re now looking for a commercially driven Account Manager with strong Yardi experience to help build, grow, and retain their UK client base.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key real estate accounts, driving adoption of the Yardi platform, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand usage across organisations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients are getting maximum value from the platform while supporting long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and strategically growing a portfolio of UK and international property clients using Yardi SaaS solutions, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
* Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships across property management, finance, operations, and asset management teams
* Driving platform adoption across client organisations, ensuring users are fully utilising Yardi capabilities to maximise value and ROI
* Proactively identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across additional modules, services, and enhanced platform features
* Running regular account reviews, QBRs, and performance discussions to align on outcomes, usage metrics, and strategic objectives
* Partnering closely with implementation, delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing service excellence
* Translating client needs into actionable solutions, feeding insights back into internal teams to improve product usage and service delivery
* Supporting clients in process optimisation, helping them streamline property, finance, and operational workflows through better system configuration
* Monitoring account health, usage trends, and engagement data to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities
* Acting as a key escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining strong relationships and service continuity
What we’re looking for
* Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services within SaaS or PropTech
* Strong working knowledge of Yardi (essential)
* Exposure to real estate, property management, or investment clients
* Proven track record of growing accounts and delivering commercial results
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
