What you’ll be doing
1. Leading the execution of the Gaming distribution strategy across all direct and indirect channels, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met in line with the Medium-Term Plan.
2. Managing commercial performance for all Gaming products and services, including planning and trading to achieve volume, value, market share, and channel targets.
3. Driving quarterly trading success by recommending and implementing commercial levers such as promotions, cost-per-acquisition strategies, and investment plans.
4. Owning the commercial plan and roadmap for Gaming across all channels, supporting the omni-channel strategy and ensuring best in class execution.
5. Supporting the development and delivery of the Gaming marketing plan, including demand generation, propositions, base activity, and launch plans to underpin commercial goals.
6. Overseeing partner channel relationships, managing commercial contracts, setting commission models, and making strategic decisions to deliver on commercial ambitions.
What skills you’ll need
7. Strong understanding of financial performance drivers including revenue, EBITDA, and FCF, with the ability to build business cases that support commercial interventions.
8. Proven experience in driving and optimising commercial performance across direct and indirect partners, assisted channels (e.g. retail and contact centres), and delivering consistent digital growth.
9. Entrepreneurial approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
10. Demonstrated success in implementing and leading change initiatives that improve commercial performance across business functions and marketing channels.
11. Ability to distil complex performance data and narratives into clear, concise, and audience-tailored content for stakeholders at all levels.
12. Desirable: Subject matter expertise in the Gaming sector, including market context, trading, distribution approaches, and indirect partnerships such as affiliate marketing. A degree-level education or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
