Recruitment Manager specialising in Finance, Property & Business Support roles
Our client is a highly respected family law practice in North London seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their team. This fantastic opportunity would suit an individual with experience in a legal environment seeking a role in an established firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates
• Managing diaries, setting up Zoom/Teams meetings
• Arranging conference calls and room bookings
• Assisting with file opening, client due diligence and engagement letters
• Preparing legal documents and handling client correspondence
• Supporting the team across Family, Wills & Probate tasks
• Supporting partners and associates with monthly billing
Key Requirements:
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audio typing
