Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering with our client based in Portsmouth, in the search for a Cost Modelling Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position.
This is a brand new role designed to add real commercial value to the enterprise. The main purpose of the position is to inform investment decisions and help to demonstrate the best value for money for the customer.
Some of your duties will include:
Developing a whole life cost modelling capability by working closely with operations and project colleagues
Developing a set of estimating norms to support future bids and projects
Consulting on the cost impacts of potential construction/engineering solutions for key projects
Contributing to plans for yearly operations, budgets, and estimating new project costs,
Detective analytics and diagnostics – working with the Operations team and finance and reporting teams to leverage data assets to deliver insights
As an individual, you will have experience working in a similar role, such as Cost Modelling or Cost Engineering and will ideally have worked in Construction, Facilities Management or Defence sectors.
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who comes with a positive mindset, who can communicate confidently at all levels and is well-versed in data and financial analysis.
In return, you will be offered a salary of £50,000 - 55,000, depending on experience, as well as some fantastic benefits.
