In your role as a Genesis Personal Assistant, you'll be a vital member of our innovative retail team, collaborating with one of the most esteemed brands in the industry.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to Handover, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests throughout their journey. You’ll be supported with first-class brand and retailer training to help you understand our systems and processes deeply, enabling you to play a critical role in our growth.

Your Journey as a Personal Assistant:
1. Creating memorable experiences for guests from their first contact to discovering their perfect vehicle and driving away in their new or used Genesis.
2. Being an ambassador for Genesis, showcasing an in-depth understanding of our brand’s market position, products, and services, and representing it with pride and excellence.
3. Driving sales by managing all enquiry leads, building rapport, converting appointments into sales, and maximizing all opportunities.
4. Enhancing brand awareness through social media, events, and online channels, keeping customers informed and engaged with brand news and developments.
5. Providing fair financial advice and services in compliance with FCA regulations.
