Hotel: IC - Edinburgh The George (EDIGS), 19 - 21 George Street, EH2 2PB

A fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Assistant to join us at our InterContinental Edinburgh the George on a 20-hour per week contract!

Responsibilities

As a Breakfast Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting our guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast, explaining our breakfast concept to them and taking hot drink orders. You will also make sure that our breakfast station is kept clean and organised at all times, working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent breakfast service to our guests and consistently improving our breakfast scores.


Qualifications

* Experience as a waiter/waitress or server ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel
* An eye for detail - you will make sure our breakfast service is up to InterContinental standards
* Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience
* Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
