We are looking for Healthcare Assistants or Nursery Nurses with caring / energetic personality who have a passion for supporting young people with learning disabilities In the community, to help look after a 17 year old female in her own home. You will work alongside an experienced Nurse whilst covering the day shifts on the package, based in Milton Keynes MK8
Shift Patterns: Days Only
Day Shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Adhoc Shifts Monday - Sunday)
Shift Times:
15:00 - 21:00 (Weekdays)
08:00 - 18:00 (Weekends)

Provide 2:1 care to service user in their own home, always working alongside a Nurse
Supporting with activities such as walks, swimming and trike rides
Build rapport with family members and other staff members
Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practicedRequirements for the role:
A minimum of 1 Years recent UK experience in healthcare sector
Good communication (clear spoken English)
