Overview
A unique Talent Manager role focused on end-to-end talent processes with some generalist responsibilities. This role sits under a Co-Head of HR supporting the portfolio companies of a Private Equity business, working with PortCos.
Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end talent processes including hiring, talent assessment and mapping, and leadership development.
* Conduct talent analytics and data-driven HR activities.
* Perform generalist HR responsibilities as required.
Ideal Candidate
Candidate is very data-savvy, execution-focused, and has a structured approach to hiring and talent. They should bring calm to a fast-paced environment and be commercially minded.
Preferred Background
Because the role is working with PortCos, Financial Services experience is not required. A commerce/industry-focused background is preferred.
