Were looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our brasserie team. In this key role, youll help lead daily operations, support the management team, and ensure every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. What youll be doing:
* Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Supervising, training, and motivating the brasserie team to deliver excellent service.
* Ensuring compliance with food and beverage policies, standards and procedures.
* Leading by example to create memorable guest experiences.
* Driving sales, boosting profitability, and maintaining high service standards.
* Assisting with budgets, staff rotas, and general administration.
* Overseeing cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
About you:
* At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
* Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency with Micros systems is an advantage.
* Flexible, reliable and happy to work varied shifts (between 6:00 am 11:30 pm, including weekends).
* A team player with a positive attitude, passion for hospitality, and commitment to excellence.
