Accelerator Programme Manager
South West London - 3 days, 2 from home
Salary: £45k–£55k + bonus + potential equity
We’re looking for an Accelerator Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact programme operating across health, sports and wellness.
This role sits at the centre of a growing platform, connecting corporates with innovative startups across areas such as women’s health, performance, wellbeing and preventative care.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, from global corporates to early-stage founders, driving partnerships, facilitating introductions and ensuring the programme delivers real commercial and strategic value.
You’ll also work cross-functionally with commercial, content, events and marketing teams, helping shape how the programme is positioned, delivered and scaled.
Crucially, we’re looking for someone who is both commercially astute and operationally strong, with the creativity to constantly think about how to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for clients.
The role:
* Own end-to-end delivery of accelerator programmes, from onboarding through to final showcase
* Manage corporate relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout
* Curate and manage a high-quality cohort of startups across health, sports and wellness
* Facilitate introductions, partnerships and commercial conversations
* Work closely with commercial, content, events and marketing teams to deliver a joined-up programme
* Continuously refine programme structure, content and delivery to maximise client value
* Bring new ideas on how to enhance the experience, engagement and commercial outcomes
* Play a key role in the on-site experience at flagship events
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working in accelerators, innovation programmes or similar environments
* Proven experience delivering programmes that bring together corporates and startups
* Strong understanding of how corporate–startup ecosystems operate, including partnership dynamics and value creation
* Commercially astute and understands how value is created for clients and partners
* Operationally strong - able to execute programmes seamlessly end-to-end
* Creative mindset, always thinking about how to improve delivery and outcomes
* Confident managing senior stakeholders and building relationships
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
