Our client, a fast-growing consumer business, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead a cross-jurisdictional legal team from its London headquarters. The Opportunity
In this senior role, you will manage a distributed legal team and act as a strategic partner to the business. You will advise senior stakeholders, lead high-impact projects, and help shape the company’s legal and commercial strategy internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a cross-jurisdictional legal team.
* Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to senior leadership.
* Own and deliver complex legal and regulatory projects.
* Advise on consumer law, commercial contracts, e-commerce, data protection, and marketing compliance.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
* Manage legal risk while enabling business growth.
* Improve legal processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
Experience & Skills
1. Qualified solicitor with significant in-house experience.
