An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my clients Private Client Department at their Nuneaton office. My client is looking for a Wills & Probate Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal who can work independently on a broad range of Private Client matters.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of Private Client work (including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and estate administration)
* Delivering an excellent client experience, whether in the office or during home visits
* Drafting correspondence, legal documents, court papers, briefs, and detailed attendance notes
* Ensuring accurate time recording, billing, and case management in line with firm policies
* Contributing to departmental meetings and supporting colleagues as needed
* Taking initiative to build and maintain client relationships
What we’re looking for:
* Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (1+ years’ PQE), or experienced Paralegal with proven fee-earning responsibility
* Strong knowledge of Private Client law and procedures
* Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Confident IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, Windows; experience with Tikit desirable)
* Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
* Strong team player with flexibility and initiative
* Ability to travel between offices and attend off-site client appointments when required
