Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Interventional Oncology team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual territory targets for our Pleural & Peritoneal Access product portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals across oncology, interventional radiology, palliative care, thoracic surgery, and other specialised areas to position BD solutions effectively and profitably.
In this field position you will cover London and South East England.

Main responsibilities will include:
1. Understanding customer goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
2. Proactively developing and implementing territory plans for sustainable, long term sales success.
3. Review and alter this plan in line with BDI strategy & direction.
4. Account management.
5. Effective delivery of BDI Value Add Programmes (training & education).
6. Conduct and manage product evaluation / trials and in-service process as part of account conversion.
7. Work effectively with the National Sales Manager, Peripheral Interventional Director, Customer Services & Marketing team to maximise business potential.
8. Achieves standards, expectations and performance as agreed with the manager.
About you:
1. Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
2. Proven sales experience with proven success, ideally within NHS healthcare sales, including knowledge of procurement processes, NHS structure, and contract negotiations.
3. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
5. Previous experience in a theatre setting is desirable.
