A permanent opportunity for a confident and organised Senior HR Assistant to join a small, collaborative HR team within a financial‑services environment. What you’ll do
* Manage the HR inbox and act as the first point of contact for policy and process queries.
* Oversee onboarding, induction, screening and all employee lifecycle administration.
* Maintain accurate employee records across BambooHR and shared systems, supporting payroll and Finance.
* Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, reports and forms.
* Produce regular HR metrics and respond to ad‑hoc data requests.
* Support monthly benefits and pensions administration.
* Coordinate Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion activities and maintain HR content on SharePoint.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote strong risk awareness and information security practices.
What you’ll bring
* CIPD membership (any level above Affiliate) or equivalent HR knowledge.
* Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with some recruitment exposure.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent organisation, accuracy and ability to work to deadlines.
* Confident IT skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Experience using an HR system and a process‑driven mindset.
* High levels of discretion and professionalism.
* (Desirable) Understanding of SMCR within financial services.
