Job Purpose
* Tax Advisory: Lead on complex advisory matters, including structuring, compliance, and cross-border tax issues.
* Client Management: Act as the principal contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Leadership: Collaborate with and mentor a dynamic team of tax professionals, fostering growth and excellence.
* Strategic Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute tax strategies that align with the firm’s vision.
* Legal Integration: Engage with the legal side of the business to provide a seamless service offering for clients requiring legal and tax expertise.
* Business Growth: Drive business development initiatives, nurture existing client relationships, and identify opportunities for expanding the client base.

The Successful Applicant
* CTA-qualified, with significant expertise in corporate, personal, and partnership tax
* Qualified by extensive experience also considered
* Have a proven track record in tax advisory and client relationship management
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing team
* Possess a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth
* Be interested in or experienced with the legal aspects of tax (training available for those without prior experience)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
