About the role
We are looking for a caring individual to join our current support team, supporting a young girl with complex health needs. You will be expected to work in a secondary school environment and build a good working relationship with the client, her family, and her team of PAs. Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to the following:
* To develop and maintain a caring and supportive relationship with our client.
* To provide health care support in regard to suctioning and tracheostomy care.
* To promote independence and encourage our client to build positive relationships with her peers.
About you
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, flexible, trustworthy, kind, and caring. You must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.
Timekeeping is paramount as you will be required to meet the client at the school gates at 08.30am when you are due on shift.
