Your new company This construction and commercial services company based in London is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 3–6-month role with the potential for further extension. This role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, with all 4 days in the office and 1-day WFH. Your new role The purpose of this role is to provide coordination and administrative support to the HR function, with duties including: Onboarding and offboarding employees Arranging inductions for new starters Updating systems with relevant information Being the first line for any HR enquiries Booking holidays for employees Ad-hoc administrative support to the HR function What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements: Proven administration experience, with HR Administration/Coordination experience is highly advantageous. Proficiency with MS Office CRM/HR software is highly advantageous. A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and to take initiative. Adaptable, versatile nature to be able to hit the ground running.
