£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Full Time | Permanent
An experienced and resilient Advanced Supported Living Manager is required to oversee Supported Living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex/high-risk needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with experience managing complex services and supporting teams within Supported Living or Learning Disability settings.
The Role
You will:
* Lead and develop small support teams
* Oversee person-centred care and support delivery
* Implement risk assessments, support plans and PBS strategies
* Support adults with autism and behaviours that challenge
* Ensure compliance, quality and positive outcomes across services
* Work closely with health professionals, MDTs and families
* Participate in on-call duties and regional support
Requirements
* Experience managing or supervising Supported Living services
* Strong background supporting adults with autism and complex needs
* Experience managing behaviours that challenge
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum
* Full UK driving licence essential
Desirable
* Forensic xkybehq or high-risk service experience
* Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
* Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards
