In the Curriculum Coordinator, you will be:
1. Assisting in planning and staffing project requirements
2. Engaging and building strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and individuals to promote available opportunities and create an innovative learning experience
3. Maintaining tracking systems for project activities and outcomes
4. Supporting with marketing including social media, newsletters, and events
5. Coordinating courses and taster sessions; managing risk assessments for community venues
6. Using feedback and evaluation to improve services and meet project targets
To be successful in the Curriculum Coordinator role, you will need:
7. Previous service or project based experience
8. Experience engaging with employers and community groups
9. Strong communication and service skills
10. Be able to communicate through the medium of Welsh & English
11. Proficient in IT software packages, including Google Suite
This is a temporary position until 31st December 2024 initially, working full time hours, Monday to Friday. You'll be based from offices in either Parc Menai or Llangefni, on an hourly rate of up to £15.00 + benefits.
