About the Role
What You’ll Do:
* Guide customers with Web3 social media profile setup via phone, email, and chat
* Assist users with cryptocurrencies and connecting their digital wallets
* Educate users on platform navigation through various communication channels
* Deliver clear, insightful answers about platform features and advertising
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of relevant experience - social media, Crypto and some basic AI
Required Skills
* Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
* Familiarity with Crypto, social media, Web 3.0, blockchain, and AI applications
* Fluency in English
