We’re partnering with a prestigious global organisation seeking a UX Design Lead to spearhead and refine their digital user experience across multiple platforms. This role offers the chance to shape strategic direction, nurture talent, and influence impactful change at scale.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Establish and champion the overarching UX vision and strategy that guides user experience across the organisation.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of UX practitioners, promoting a culture of collaboration, diversity, and high performance.
* Oversee the continuous growth and refinement of scalable design frameworks, enhancing UX maturity across teams and products.
* Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring all digital outputs meet recognised accessibility standards at AA compliance.
* Work closely with digital transformation and change management teams to align UX objectives with wider business goals.
* Foster user-centric thinking across the organisation by engaging and educating key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
* Demonstrable experience leading UX teams, with a track record of building design capabilities and influencing senior leadership.
* A compelling portfolio that highlights user-centred and accessible design solutions reflecting inclusive methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and a commitment to delivering equitable digital experiences.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
