Main Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing due diligence and periodic reviews of Low, Medium, and High-Risk accounts, including PEPs, in line with onboarding and compliance procedures. Analyze client accounts for financial crime risks such as AML, sanctions, and fraud; escalate and investigate concerns as needed. Oversee routine branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies, SLAs, and turnaround times (TAT). Lead or support the KYC team in the absence of the Assistant Manager, ensuring team performance meets agreed standards. Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned by the department head.
