Senior Java Developer - AI/LLM - Contract

What We're Looking For
* Backend Engineering Expertise
o 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java backend skills.
o Proven track record in modernising production systems and designing APIs/microservices.
o Deep understanding of legacy migration strategies and service decomposition.
* AI/LLM Implementation Skills
o Hands‑on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
o Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines and building AI‑powered automation.
o Knowledge of prompt engineering, model selection, and LLM capabilities.
* Proven AI Impact
o Demonstrated success in using AI to improve productivity and code quality.
o Experience with AI‑assistant refactoring, test generation, and documentation at scale.
