IRO / CP Chair | Career progression | Stable service | Supportive senior management | Regular training
Are you passionate about ensuring quality practice? Do you understand the crucial role that maintaining high standards can have for children on CP plans or those who are looked after?
Following the DfE’s decision to retain the role of IRO within Children’s Services, Achieving for Children is looking to further invest in quality assurance by recruiting an experienced practitioner to join as an IRO / CP Chair.
Benefits include 29 days of annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years, with a salary up to £58,869 for experienced IROs / managers.
We value your knowledge and experience, so a background in QA, previous experience as an Independent Reviewing Officer, or CP Chair would be advantageous. We also encourage a drive for service improvement and a commitment to delivering good practice, regardless of your current level of experience.
This is a statutory role, requiring a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
