Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to serve as a trusted advisor to our global client base. This is a client-facing leadership role, working closely with Web3 founders, executives, and stakeholders to design and implement best-in-class finance and risk frameworks tailored to the digital assets industry. While the focus will be external advisory, you will also oversee light internal finance operations for STORM Partners.

⚡️ Responsibilities
* Serve as a financial advisor to Web3 clients across jurisdictions.
* Build and implement financial processes, governance, and risk frameworks.
* Advise on fundraising, tokenomics, treasury, and liquidity strategy.
* Ensure compliance across accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements (global).
* Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
* Produce thought leadership and brief clients on Web3 financial trends.
* Support internal finance (budgeting, reporting, cash flow) as needed.
⚡️ Requirements
* 5+ years in finance/accounting/risk (consultancy, fintech, or Web3).
* Expert understanding of digital assets, blockchain, and Web3 market structure.
* Proven track record with international, multi-jurisdiction clients.
* Strong grasp of global digital-asset regulations, Swiss is a plus.
* Professional certification preferred (CPA, CFA, ACA, CAIA, or equivalent).
* Advanced English; additional languages a plus.
