Customer Team Leader
Location: 1 Main Avenue Clipstone Road West, Forest Town, NG19 0BS
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, 12 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: shifts will fall either 6am-2pm, or 2pm-10pm, including weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you'll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – giving welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected
* Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers
* Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
